Our story

Respect of the environment

We apply the principles of sustainable tourism at all levels:

  • Our outdoor activities are designed to be impact-free : use of reusable equipment, cleaning of sites after each installation, logistical simplicity, etc.
  • We promote non-motorized transport (bicycle, hiking, snowshoes, scooter, Segway)
  • Our instructors, passionate and knowledgeable about the region, share their love of the land and their naturalist knowledge to raise participants’ awareness about the richness and fragility of this environment.
  • Finally, we encourage harmonious coexistence between walkers and mountain bikers, with respect for each and everyone.

Safety and supervision

Trace Verte is committed to ensuring the safety of its customers.

  • All instructors are trained and experienced.
  • State mountain guide certifications are refreshed every six years to ensure instructors remain up-to-date.
  • Insurance policies are kept up to date.
  • For each outing, Trace Verte checks prefectural notifications (weather alerts).
